تطبيق ROYA هو تطبيق تواصل لحظي عبر العيون بين الأصدقاء. نحترم خصوصيتك، وهذه الصفحة توضّح البيانات التي نتعامل معها وكيف. التطبيق موجّه للمستخدمين من عمر 17 سنة فأكثر.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- معلومات الحساب: اسم المستخدم (يوزر)، الكنية الاختيارية، لون العين المختار، وتاريخ الميلاد (لميزات الميلاد).
- البريد الإلكتروني (اختياري): لو ربطت بريدك لاسترجاع حسابك، نحفظه لهذا الغرض فقط ونرسل رسالة تأكيد.
- محتوى التواصل: الرسائل والكتابة اللحظية والتفاعلات (غمزات/قلوب) تُرسَل بين طرفين أثناء الجلسة، وتُحفظ لعرضها للطرفين.
- الوسائط (باختيارك): صورة بطاقتك، أو صور تلتقطها/تختارها لترسلها داخل المحادثة أو الألعاب.
- الصوت (باختيارك): أثناء المكالمة الحيّة، يُنقل صوتك للطرف الآخر مباشرةً عند تفعيلك للمايك — ولا نسجّله ولا نخزّنه.
- الحالة والإشعارات: اتصالك (متصل/غير متصل) يُعرض لأصدقائك، ونستخدم توكن الإشعارات لإرسال تنبيهات المكالمات والرسائل.
ميزة «اكسب صديقاً جديداً» (محادثة مجهولة)
عند استخدام ميزة التعارف مع غريب، تكون مجهول الهوية تماماً — يظهر لون عينك فقط، ولا يُكشف اسمك أو هويتك للطرف الآخر إطلاقاً، إلا إذا وافق الطرفان صراحةً على إضافة بعضهما كأصدقاء بنهاية الجلسة. لحمايتك: نطبّق فلتر كلمات غير لائقة، ونتيح الإبلاغ الذي يوقف المحادثة فوراً، مع عقوبات على إساءة الاستخدام. هذه الميزة للبالغين فقط.
أذونات الجهاز
- الكاميرا والصور: فقط عندما تختار التقاط/إرسال صورة داخل المحادثة أو ألعاب التصوير.
- الميكروفون: فقط عند تفعيلك للصوت أثناء مكالمة حيّة.
- الإشعارات: لتنبيهك بالمكالمات والرسائل الواردة.
كل الأذونات اختيارية وتُطلب عند الحاجة، وتقدر ترفضها وتستخدم بقية التطبيق.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
فقط لتشغيل ميزات التطبيق: إنشاء حسابك، توصيلك بأصدقائك، عرض تفاعلاتكم وحالتكم، وتأكيد بريدك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع مُعلنين.
المشتريات داخل التطبيق
الدفع يتم بالكامل عبر Apple App Store / Google Play — نحن لا نطّلع أبداً على بيانات بطاقتك أو وسيلة دفعك. نحتفظ فقط بسجلّ العملية (نوع الباقة وقيمتها وتاريخها) لإضافة رصيدك، ونرسل إيصال الشراء إلى خوادم Apple للتحقق من صحته حمايةً من التلاعب. المشتريات الرقمية (رصيد/اشتراك بلس) غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا وفق سياسات المتجر نفسه.
اقتراحات الأصدقاء
قد يظهر اسمك الظاهر (كنيتك) وصورة بطاقتك وعينك بلونها كمقترح إضافة لمستخدمين آخرين لا تربطك بهم صداقة — دون كشف حالة اتصالك. تقدر تطفّي ظهورك في الاقتراحات نهائياً من الإعدادات.
الدفتر العام (منشورات عامة)
- اختياري بالكامل: ما تنشره في صفحة «عام» (صورة أو نص) يظهر لكل مستخدمي التطبيق مع اسم المستخدم الخاص بك، ويختفي تلقائياً خلال 24 ساعة. النشر لأصدقائك فقط يبقى خياراً مستقلاً كما هو.
- فحص آلي للمحتوى: الصور المنشورة للعام تُفحص آلياً عبر خدمة فحص المحتوى من Google (Cloud Vision) للكشف عن المحتوى غير اللائق — تُرسَل الصورة لهذا الغرض فقط ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر. والنصوص تمرّ بفلتر كلمات غير لائقة.
- الإبلاغ والمراجعة: يمكن لأي مستخدم الإبلاغ عن منشور أو تعليق عام، والمحتوى المبلَّغ عنه أو المحجوب آلياً تراجعه إدارة التطبيق وقد تحذفه أو تتخذ إجراءً بحق المخالف.
- حد يومي للنشر لمنع الإزعاج والمحتوى المتكرر.
- عدّاد الإعجابات (اختياري): إذا فعّلت «عدد اللايكات بالبروفايل» من الإعدادات، يظهر مجموع إعجابات منشوراتك العامة للآخرين — وهو مطفي افتراضياً.
أين تُخزَّن
تُخزَّن بياناتك وصورك على خوادم سحابية آمنة من مزوّدين عالميين موثوقين، ومشفّرة أثناء النقل.
حذف بياناتك
تقدر تحذف حسابك بالكامل من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب)، ويُحذف معه ملفك وبياناتك. أو راسلنا على البريد أدناه لطلب الحذف.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 17 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمداً، خصوصاً لاحتوائه على ميزة تواصل مع غرباء.
الأمان
نستخدم قواعد أمان صارمة بحيث لا يصل أحد لبياناتك إلا المصرّح لهم، وهوية مستخدمي المحادثة المجهولة محميّة على الخادم ولا تُكشف للطرف الآخر.

ROYA is a real-time eye-based communication app between friends. We respect your privacy. This page explains what data we handle and how. The app is intended for users aged 17 and older.
Data we collect
- Account info: username, optional nickname, chosen eye color, and birth date (for birthday features).
- Email (optional): if you link an email for account recovery, we store it only for that purpose and send a confirmation message.
- Communication content: messages, live typing, and reactions (winks/hearts) exchanged between two parties during a session, stored to show both sides.
- Media (your choice): your card image, or photos you capture/choose to send in chat or games.
- Voice (your choice): during a live call, your voice is streamed to the other party in real time when you enable the mic — we do not record or store it.
- Presence & notifications: your online status shown to friends, and a notification token used to send call/message alerts.
"Make a new friend" (anonymous chat)
When using the meet-a-stranger feature, you are fully anonymous — only your eye color is shown, and your name/identity is never revealed to the other party, unless both of you explicitly agree to add each other as friends at the end. To protect you, we apply a bad-word filter and provide reporting that ends the chat instantly, with penalties for abuse. This feature is for adults only.
Device permissions
- Camera & photos: only when you choose to capture/send a photo in chat or photo games.
- Microphone: only when you enable voice during a live call.
- Notifications: to alert you of incoming calls and messages.
All permissions are optional, requested when needed; you may decline and still use the rest of the app.
How we use data
Only to run the app's features: create your account, connect you with friends, show interactions and status, and verify your email. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Public feed (public posts)
- Fully optional: what you post to the "Public" page (photo or text) is visible to all app users along with your username, and disappears automatically within 24 hours. Posting to friends only remains a separate option.
- Automatic content check: images posted publicly are automatically screened via Google's content-moderation service (Cloud Vision) to detect inappropriate content — the image is sent for this purpose only. Texts pass through a bad-word filter.
- Reporting & review: any user can report a public post or comment; reported or auto-blocked content is reviewed by the app team, which may remove it or act against violators.
- A daily posting limit prevents spam.
- Likes counter (optional): if you enable "Likes count on profile" in Settings, the total likes on your public posts is shown to others — off by default.
Where it is stored
Data is stored via Google Firebase (Google's secure servers), encrypted in transit, and subject to Google's privacy policy.
Deleting your data
You can fully delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete account), which removes your profile and data. Or email us below to request deletion.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 17 and we do not knowingly collect their data, especially as it includes a chat-with-strangers feature.
Security
We use strict security rules so only authorized parties can access your data, and anonymous-chat users' identities are protected server-side and never revealed to the other party.
